The primary strength off any company is its team. Command Z Production’s principal, Ron Schilling, has assembled a strong, aggressive crew to achieve its goals.

Ron Schilling – Writer/Producer/Director

For over 25 years Ron has produced documentaries, industrials, commercials, short films, and a great variety of special interest programs. Ron has captured more than 2 dozen awards, including the National Film and Video Festival award for his 1983 documentary on Nicaragua Face to Face (with Academy Award Nominee/Sundance winner Gail Dolgin), a Telly for The Russian River: A Historical Perspective, and four national awards for his documentary, The Warrior Spirit.

Ron’s broad experience includes projects with Comedy Tonight, PBS’s Cook-Off America, ESPN, Cisco Systems, Marine World/Africa USA, The Pentagon, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, Hewlett Packard, and Diana Thompson who can show you how to massage a horse.

His feature film script, Pink Dress has received critical praise from The Austin Film Festival, Miramax’s Open Door Contest, the Jury of Peers Screenwriting Contest, and The Houston International Film Festival.

Peter Quartaroli –Producer

Peter Quartaroli is a producer and actor who divides his time between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Peter has worked consistently in film, television and commercials since 1984 and has had roles in Bandits with Billy Bob Thornton, Bruce Willis and Cate Blanchett; The Scorpion King with the Rock; David Fincher's film Zodiac starring Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr.; Playing Mona Lisa; Nash Bridges with Don Johnson; The Siege of Ruby Ridge with Laura Dern and Randy Quaid; and Angel In Green.

Peter's production credits include: The Poker House (2008); Broken Arrows (2007); Isolated (2006); and Capri (2002). Peter is currently in production on Tony’s Money, an original story by Peter.

Gail Dolgin –Advisory Consultant

Gail is an Academy Award Nominee and Sundance Grand Jury Prize Winner for her film Daughter From Danang, which was theatrically released and broadcast nationally on PBS American Experience. She has just completed her most recent film, The Summer of Love, for PBS broadcast. With persistence and passion, Gail settles for nothing less than truth and art in any projects she participates in.


Brooke Harris Wolff - Advisory Consultant

Brooke Harris Wolff is president of Wolff Productions, a production company that specializes in feature film and television development, script analysis, screenplay rewriting and editing services (of screenplays, comedy routines, theatrical works and manuscripts). Brooke's screenplay, Rendezvous, was optioned by Hollywood Pictures/Miramax and she is in talks on her novel, Killing Time in Beverly Hills.


Debbie Brubaker – Line Producer

Debbie's a seasoned producer in the world of independent feature films with over two-dozen films to her credit. Her latest production success, Dopamine (Producer), was a big hit at the Sundance Film Festival and was picked up for theatrical distribution. Debbie has worked on many successful feature narratives that include the likes of Hillary Swank, Winona Ryder and Noah Wyle.



Frazer Bradshaw – Director of Photography

Frazer Bradshaw – Director of Photography: Frazer Bradshaw has photographed over 200 projects from feature films to documentaries to music videos in 35mm, 16mm, and professional digital formats. His work has been honored at the top film venues including the Cannes Film Festival, the Sundance Film Festival, the Toronto Film Festival, and the New York Film Festival. Frazer’s independent spirit is complimented by his extensive film knowledge of the filmmaking process and his fierce dedication to artistic quality.

Kari Wishingrad - Associate Producer

Kari Wishingrad has worked the last 15 years as a trained actress and entrepreneur with proven skills in marketing and organization. Her unique networking abilities have woven a large web of connections from LA to the North Bay area.

Kari has been involved with dozens of independent film projects, the most recent screened at The Sundance Film Festival.


Jeffrey Weissman - Associate Producer

Jeffrey has worked in the industry for over thirty years as an actor, director, producer, gag writer, acting coach, teacher and in various development capacities. He has worked with Steven Spielberg on four projects, most notably in George Miller's segment of Twilight Zone the Movie; cast for the lead role of George McFly in Back to the Future II & III;  and co-starred with Clint Eastwood in Pale Rider.

Jeffrey has directed a multitude of projects including several shows for the multi-billion dollar Universal-Japan theme park in Osaka.

Daniel Riviera – Legal Counsel

Daniel Riviera, principal of Riviera & Associates, has over 20 years of experience as an attorney in the motion picture industry and has been involved with hundreds of projects ranging from Academy Award-nominated documentaries to major motion picture releases which have become enormous commercial successes and cultural landmarks. He represents clients involved in all aspects of the motion picture industry, with a current emphasis on guiding independent film productions from financing through the sale of distribution rights. Clients include Carolco Pictures, Imagine Entertainment and Spelling Entertainment. Mr. Riviera is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law Center.

VideoArts

Video Arts – Post Production: While we will complete all our off-line editing at Command Z Productions’ studio, we finish on-line deliverables at Video Arts. They are the oldest, largest and most respected full-service postproduction house in San Francisco. They have been at the forefront of emerging video technology for over 30 years and have 13,000 square feet of studio designed with state-of-the-art tools and technology.


MORE - Other people joining the team: David Baumgartner - 60 Minutes, 48 Hours and 20/20 - will be our sound recordist; Catherine DePrima – ex Sonoma County Film Commissioner – will assist in location scouting and permits; Blair Hardman - Zone Recording - will be involved in music scoring and sound design and we have over a dozen volunteers who have worked with Ron in the past and are dedicated to helping make this project zing.
